Why I chose A.T.Kearney
My reflections behind the decision to go into management consulting are most likely not much different than many others. Steep learning curve, challenges, international career, influence on corporate executive level and a match between skills, interests and tasks were the predominant factors.
However, the reason why I chose A.T.Kearney was the opportunity to get responsibility and client exposure at an early stage. The people I met during the interview process were very down to earth and there was a very open communication and flat hierarchy in the office environment.

Not a routine job
It is one year ago I joined A.T.Kearney. What I enjoy about working at A.T. Kearney is that it never becomes a routine job. We solve problems for a variety of industries and functional areas within companies. It is a journey of new challenges and learning. The international nature of A.T.Kearney allows me to work with diverse people. There is no such thing as a typical day in consulting and things may not play out as expected during the day. It never gets boring to work in A.T.Kearney. I like that.
