International exposure
What I enjoy about working at A.T. Kearney is the opportunity to gain exposure to international projects – both within and outside of the Nordic unit. There are weeks when you pack your suitcase on Monday mornings and work throughout the week across various countries and cultures solving client questions. This is at times challenging, but always rewarding. So far, client projects have taken me to a wide variety of countries, from neighboring Russia all the way to North America.

Working together with clients
To me, working closely together with client teams – from designing the project to delivering the final recommendation – is one of the best parts of being a consultant. The client settings at A.T. Kearney provide excellent opportunities for professional and personal growth. For instance, I have been able to grow into new roles and responsibilities, build trustworthy senior client contacts as well as develop functional expertise in the areas of interest to myself.
