More than just a job
A.T. Kearney has become a way of life for me. Looked at from the outside, I can see how this might sound intimidating, and I probably felt the same way before joining A.T. Kearney. Now, on the other hand, I feel fortunate to have a job that offers so much that I’ve let it become a way of life.

Challenges every day
For me, challenge is the keyword that describes the A.T. Kearney way of life. During my A.T. Kearney career I have constantly been put in situations that are well outside my comfort zone; somehow I always have the feeling that I’m swimming in deep water. Still, the internal network around me has always provided the backup and support I have needed to keep me from being overwhelmed by the challenges. This combination of challenge and support has resulted in the fastest possible learning curve I could ever imagine.

Seeing the world
I like travel, and A.T. Kearney has provided me with the opportunity to explore the entire world during my project work. I have taken great care not to fall into the consultancy “trap” of only seeing hotels, airports and offices when visiting new places – and I believe I have succeeded. This is also an important part of my A.T. Kearney way of life.

After more than four years, I am still faced with new challenges every day. In fact, if they stopped coming I would probably leave.
