The Interview Process
We think our interview process is a great way to get to know you, as a potential A.T. Kearney consultant. It’s also a great way for you, as a candidate, to get to know a little more about A.T. Kearney, and whether we are a good fit for you. That’s why we place a great deal of importance on the entire interview process. Our interviewing process consists of three rounds of case-based interviews. The first and second rounds of interviews are typically held on Fridays. Both rounds consist of two interviews in which we will: - Evaluate your emotional intelligence and fit with A.T. Kearney
- Ask you to complete a case study. How well you do in this case study will reveal your communication skills, problem-solving ability, commitment and fit with A.T. Kearney
- Assess your overall fit with A.T. Kearney based on personal qualifications, consulting affinity, communication skills and potential client impact
The third round takes place within a few weeks of the second round, and consists of final interviews with two of our Nordic Partners.
